Originally from Ontario, in 2012 upon graduation with my now wife, Letoya Page, we embarked on the experience of a lifetime! With only a little bit of money to last us a few months, we packed up a Honda Civic and headed west with only 1 plan in place - an adventure we both would never forget! After a few short months, we both found employment, a place to live and began building an excellent life for ourselves in our new home of Edmonton, Alberta. The next 10 years we spent settling into the area, meeting lots of great people, and building a family. In 2020, we welcomed our beautiful daughter Elsie into the world and have loved every minute of being parents to her.
Professionally speaking, I spent the last 10 years in the commercial construction industry. I was involved in several key projects around the City of Edmonton, including: Stantec Tour, Rogers Place, Stanley A Milner Library, the LRT expansion, and several multi-family construction projects. During this time, I gained an abundance of knowledge and passion for residential construction. This passion led me to obtain my Residential Builders license through the province of Alberta in 2021 and begin design, permitting and construction of a recreational property nestled in 12 beautiful acres just west of Edmonton.
In summary, my experience in the market far exceeds my 10 years experience helping others determine and find what they are looking for. My construction experience grants me a wealth of knowledge that goes far beyond the physical features easily identified. As a homeowner, recreational property owner, investment property owner, home builder, and real estate agent - I truly can relate to wherever your journey takes you.
