Good Company
Born out of a desire to create a real estate brokerage that leaves the world better than we found it, we transformed our original company, 1st Choice Real Estate, into The Good Real Estate Company. For 15 years, 1st Choice Real Estate has been known for putting its agents first, for encouraging team work, and for its client-based approach to real estate. Building upon those core values, 1st Choice Real Estate has evolved into The Good Real Estate Company.
We value goodness – in ourselves, in our agents, and in our community. We are approachable, professional guides, leading and teaching clients throughout the (often overwhelming and confusing) real estate world in addition to mentoring and advising our agents.
Good Goals
For us, real estate is about goodness, guidance, and generosity – essentially, we exist to make people’s lives better. Our core values are community and collaboration which encompass three primary goals:
- Cultivating community and connection with our clients through not only guidance, but also education, respect, and transparency.
- Creating a cooperative and collaborative environment for our agents that fosters learning, growth, and productivity while still valuing individuality.
- Serving our community through The Greater Good Program, to enrich, to inspire, and to give back to our city.
Good Leaders
Rob and Stacey Corno are the heart of The Good Real Estate Company and their passion is helping people. Together, they form a leadership team that is approachable, supportive, and dedicated to honouring and valuing each client and every agent. As The Good Real Estate Company’s resident broker and problem-solver, Stacey assists and mentors her real estate team, while Rob encourages and demonstrates community and collaboration – among clients, colleagues, and the greater community.
